Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Please email your scheduled provider directly to cancel (so they're notified ASAP about your need to cancel) or use the Cancel feature on your confirmation (they'll get a notification from there). Email addresses are:
To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to potentially rebook or fill the time slot.
Please understand that hair growth requires ample preparation and more than 24 hours' notice is necessary to adjust our schedule accordingly.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service's value. This policy helps offset the inconvenience caused by last-minute cancellations and ensures fair compensation to our electrologist.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests, please ensure to directly contact the specific provider you are scheduled with within the 48-hour period. Failure to do so may result in charges being applied.

If traffic is an issue, your meeting runs late, you can't find parking, just call (206) 457-5885 to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling or changing your appointment duration, as needed. Please leave a voicemail if we are unable to get to the phone.
